Jeffrey C. Morgan is a husband, a father of four, and a coach who’s spent over two decades training athletes and mentoring kids long before becoming a parent himself. He’s built businesses, made mistakes, raised a family, and learned the hard truth: Parenting is leadership—and leadership starts at home. Built for Greatness didn’t come from a textbook. It was born on the field, around dinner tables, during hard conversations, and in real-life moments that tested everything. It’s not about perfection.
